This is a high strength, self-polishing, copper-based copolymer antifouling, providing all round protection in sea or fresh water. It is a high-performance, long lasting Anti-foulant with 45% Copper content for use on GRP, wood, steel or ferro cement hulls.

Quality
With the exception of antifouls designed for use on aluminium or galvanised steel (or the colour solid white) the major active ingredient in Antifouling paint is COPPER OXIDE and the actual quantity of copper in the can is really what will determine the effectiveness of the product.
We are so proud of the fact that our product contains an exceptionally high 45% of copper oxide that we clearly state it in our Technical Data Sheet.
When comparing antifouling products it is wise to ignore meaningless statements such as “High” / “Maximum Copper Content” or “High Performance” and instead try to establish exactly how much copper the formula contains, in many cases you will not find this easy. Only then can a true comparison be made.
